(1). What is the 2's complement of (11001100) base two
You first convert to 1's complement by changing zeros to one and changing one to zeros
Ans = 00110011
Then convert to 2's complement by Adding one to them
Using Casio fx991es
[ON] [MODE] [4] [LOG] [00110011] [+] [1]
The answer will be in multiples of 8 digits given to change to 2's complement
Ans = 00110100
